Peter Masegare - SAIPA (SA) Chief Executive-Officer

Peter Masegare is the founder of Boikano Accountants Incorporated, a firm which started its operations in 2005.He holds the following professional qualifications, Management Accounting (UNISA),Investment Analyst (UNISA),and the MBA (Masters Degree) (currently completing the Dissertation Project) through correspondence and later he qualified as a Professional Accountants(SA).

He did his 3yrs practical training/contract, and later joins private sector as an Accountant/Management Accountant, he moves on to his last position as a Chief Financial Officer, of a large medical schemes, before he went full time as an Accounting Practitioner. Peter has earned substantial corporate expertise during his 21 yrs tenure, including Accounting, Internal Auditing, Risk management, Corporate strategy, Taxation, Investment management and many more. He also served as a non-executive directors for various public sector organizations, and is very experienced in Corporate Governance (King111, PFMA,MFMA) and etc.

Mrs Beverly Tshivhula

Accountant- SAIPA
She is an Ex-SARS employee with over ten years expertise in her role as an accountant, she manage a variety portfolio of clients business affairs, ranging from accounting, taxation, internal auditing, payroll, roject management and etc, both for Public and Non Public Sectors. She is a qualified accountant-(RAU),and is a registered Professional Accountant (SA).

Mr Manasseh Makhudu

Internal Auditor – “SAIPA& IIA”
Mr Manasseh Makhudu, plays a crucial internal auditing role, as he provides internal auditing solutions to our various clients, ranging from assurance, consulting auditing, performance and operational, risk management and strategic compliance services, for both the Public and Non Public Sectors. He is a qualified Internal Auditor (PTA University),and is a registered Professional Accountant (SA) and the IIA(SA).

Mr Vincent Ndum-Ndum

Internal Auditor “SAIPA & IIA”
Mr Vincent Ndum-Ndum ,also plays a crucial internal auditing role, as he provides internal auditing solutions to our various clients, ranging from assurance, consulting auditing, performance and operational, risk management and strategic compliance services, for both the Public and Non Public Sectors. He is a qualified Internal Auditor (Vaal University,) and is registered for the International Recognised “Certified Internal Auditing (CIA)” qualification, he is a registered Professional Accountant (SA) and the IIA(SA)

Miss Winnie Nkadimeng

Accountants-Internal Auditor “SAIPA & IIA”
Mrs Winnie Nkadimeng ,plays a crucial role in the provision offering of accounting and internal auditing services solutions to our various clients, both the Public and Non Public Sectors. She is a qualified Accountants/Internal Auditor (Tshwane University of Technology,) and she is a registered Professional Accountant (SA) and the IIA(SA)

Miss Lerato Motshabela

Mrs Lerato Motshabela ,plays a professional marketing role to assist in developing and effective programs to drive new customer and retention, she perform a variety of researches, and the development of a customer care charter(CCC), and etc. She is a qualified marketing graduate, (Vaal University of Technology), and she currently registered for her Bcomm degree in marketing
